Organizational Integration Roadmap

Situation

 While serving as a Sr. HR Business Partner with the 31st Air Defense Artillery Brigade, I was charged with divesting a subordinate business unit, 4-60th Air Defense Artillery Battalion with approximately 400 personnel to an external armored division.   

Result

Successfully transitioned over 400 personnel, streamlining relationships and organizational effectiveness while positively impacting the mission.

  • Conduct transfer of organization and personnel to the new home organization

  • 400+ personnel transitions coordinated, new organizational alignment in effect, ensured continuity for both the losing and gaining organizations. Minimal loss of operational effectiveness.
